DMCA Policy
Jessica Simpson Mansion (the "Site") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), the text of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, Jessica Simpson Mansion will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Jessica Simpson Mansion service and/or the Jessica Simpson Mansion website if such claims are reported to Jessica Simpson Mansion's Designated Copyright Agent identified below.
Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to Jessica Simpson Mansion's Designated Copyright Agent.
- Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by this Notice, you may provide a representative list of the copyrighted works that you claim have been infringed.
- Identify the material that you claim is infringing (or to be the subject of infringing activity) and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material, including at a minimum, if applicable, the URL of the infringing material displayed on the Site.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on the Site was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notification with us by submitting the following information in writing to our Designated Copyright Agent:
- Identify the material that was removed or to which access was disabled and the location (e.g., URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- Provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Include the following statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material identified above was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled."
- Include the following statement: "I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located, or if my address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Jessica Simpson Mansion may be found, and I will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of alleged infringement or an agent of such person."
- Provide your electronic or physical signature.
Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, we will promptly provide the complaining party with a copy of the Counter-Notification and inform them that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 business days. If we do not receive notice from the complaining party within 10-14 business days that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our system, we may replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it.
